ABOUT ME

As a registered dietitian I know how important it is to eat good, healthy food, food that will keep you feeling energized, alert and happy throughout the day.  As a busy working mother of three I also know how difficult it can be to put these dinners on the table.  Eating clean is all about eating whole, natural, healthy foods – real food — free of chemicals, additives and preservatives. It’s more than just a diet, it’s a lifestyle.

By serving up creative culinary advice, seasonal food savvy tips and the latest nutrition science Eatwelleatclean aims to help you prepare your own delicious “clean” meals that you and your family will love.  It isn’t as hard as you think. I eat clean because I love the way it tastes and the way it makes me feel but that doesn’t mean I won’t splurge once in a while. Eating, like life, is meant to be an adventure — to explore, savor and aboveall, enjoy.
